On behalf of an international company pzSearch is looking for an ambitious HR officer
The HR officer provides professional and accurate HR related information and administrative support to the HR department, area management and staff. He or she has the ambition ánd the capacities to become the HR manager within two years. The HR officer executes all employee related administration. He or she prepares and controls monthly payroll, the coordination of the company benefits and liaisons with third parties. Provides (administrative) support and assists in HR related projects, such as recruitment and training & development activities, coordination of appraisals, mid year reviews and the implementation of performance management. On the other hand, the HR officer provides basic services to clients. He or she resolves routine issues and questions without referral. The HR officer has basic understanding of service level agreement, business plans and business performance and is able to communicate best HR practises. He or she takes care of effective implementation and maintenance of established processes and recognizes opportunities for process improvements.
Interesting candidates have HBO level and at least two years of experience within an HR department. Good understanding of local labour law and perfect English and Dutch language skills. The ideal candidate is an experienced user of Office and other IT tools, possesses well developed interpersonal skills and is an excellent administrator and organiser. Is flexible, independent and able to work with remote reporting lines.
