Job description
The Graduate Recruitment Manager is primarily resonsible for the development and outroll of a Graduate Recruitment program within Europe. He or she undertakes an organised program of attracting and hiring students who are about to graduate from colleges and universities. Defines together with HR and line management the ideal profile to meet the growth needs of the company.
Invents and utilises recruiting channels and events to attract and source for graduate candidates. Maintains the database and works together with marketing in finding a creative communication strategy.
Required
Candidates should have a University degree in business sciences or IT and at least two years of experience in graduate recruitment within an international environment. Experience within IT consulting is an advantage. The ideal candidate combines excellent communication,and teamwork skills with a delivery focus and proactive style. Is a good organisor and has perfect oral and writing skills in Dutch and English.
