On behalf of an international organization, pzSearch is URGENTLY looking for an HR Advisor.
Job description 
The HR Advisor provides HR advice and supports management and employees in The Netherlands and Belgium. Participates or leads HR projects, such as development or improvement of HR policies, annual appraisal and salary review process, development of a training plan or the review of employee benefits. Acts as a partner to business management, provides HR advise and helps the business in achievinging its goals. Coordinates and participates in the recruitment & selection of new employees from advertising up to the job offer. Monitors/manages all payments to employees. Provides management support dealing with performance of employees and the annual appraisal process. Identifies individual education, training and development needs and puts these in practice. Assists management with reducing sick leave and other forms of absenteeism and provides support in case of long term illnesses. He or she has a back-up function for the HR & Payroll Administrator in their absence. Prepares monthly and quarterly HR reports.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in Human Resources and 3 years experience as Human Resources Advisor within an international environment. Excellent knowledge of employee legislation and HR best practice in various areas. Has experience with MS Office, Payroll/HRIS, Perman in particular, is beneficial. He or she is proactive, offers assistance even when not asked and initiating improvements. Is cultural and organisational sensitive. Is a good organiser and has perfect oral and writing skills in Dutch and English.
Offered is a fulltime permanent position (5 days) within a dynamic, international environment. Gross year salary 45.000 euro.
