On behalf of a fast growing international company, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR advisor.
As an hr advisor, you advise and support management and the business with regards to the implementation of personnel policy and application of the performance cycle. You are actively involved in performance management and talent development programs and will act as a point of contact for HR in the Business Support departments and the Front Office department. You will also coordinate and take executive action in the fields of inflow, throughflow and outflow. You will assist in setting up an internal learning & development academy, setting up onboarding and training programs.
We'll welcome an HBO+ level education and 3-5 years of experience within an HR department. Good understanding of local labour law and perfect English language skills. You enjoy working in a fast growing international environment and possess well developed interpersonal skills. You are a self-starter, and work independently to resolve issues. With your positive attitude and energy you build strong relationships and get things done!
Offered is a permanent fulltime job within a very international dynamic environment. Gross year salary 45K.
