On behalf of an international company, pzSearch is looking for an: HR advisor (interim).
Job description 
The HR advisor manages and delivers HR services and supports managers at different locations. He or she is the key contact for all employees for questions regarding collective labor agreements, HR policies and practices. Acts as a business partner to management , provides HR advise and helps the business in achieving its goals. Assists in reducing sick leave and other forms of absenteeism. Provides management support dealing with performance of employees and the annual appraisal process.
Required 
Candidates should have a degree in human sciences and at least seven years of hands-on experience in HR. They have working knowledge of relevant labor laws and collective labor agreements. Experience with work councils and absenteeism is required, as well as English and Dutch language fluency. The ideal candidate has experience in working for a multinational company and has worked on different project/interim assignments before. He or she possesses well developed interpersonal skills and is an excellent administrator and organiser. The locations are hard to reach by public transport, so he or she should be in possession of a car.

Offered is a fulltime job (4 days) as an HR advisor on temp or interim basis for 5-6 months starting 18th of July.
