For an international technical foundation, pzSearch is looking for an HR consultant (interim) for approximately 40 hours in 3 months, in Amsterdam.
Job description
In this role you will act as the personal confidant for all employees and provide support and advice to the HR Specialist based in Amsterdam. Furthermore you will support the HR Specialist in reviewing and evolving existing HR policies and procedures applicable either to the employees based in Amsterdam or in other European countries. In 2023 the amount of hours should be evaluated. Then your role will include developing HR policies and you will be leading the Career growth meeting for new employees.
Required
You need to have at least 6 years working experience as an HR consultant and able to work with people who have a technical background. You enjoy working in an international environment and have mastered the English language as a near native.
