For the Head Quarters of an international high tech organization, pzSearch is looking for a HR Generalist (native French).
Job description 
The HR department is an international focused Shared Service Center. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational requirements. This means poviding a Human Resources Service to all Employees within France and Spain. He or she is responsible for managing the administration of the Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, recruitment and payroll and ensures compliance with local laws and government requirements.
Candidates should have a bachelor or master’s degree in the field of Human Resources and 1-3 years relevant experience with French HR, especially payroll and administration . He or she has strong computer skills. Is fluent in French and English. Ideal candidates have excellent interpersonal and communications skills and are able to analyze problems and formulate recommended solutions in an international environment. Detailed knowledge of employment practices and legal compliance within France is a must.
Offered is a fulltime job in an international dynamic environment. Salary based on gross annual 40-45K.
