On behalf of an international financial organisation pzSearch is looking for an Hr Manager.
Job description
He or she develops and implements Hr processes and metrics. Coordinates the Hr cycle (performance management) and takes care of employee onboarding, development and training.
Develops compensating and benefiting policies and administration,including benchmarking. Manages the HR risk cycle, assists and advises MT members and staff (120FTE) about HR issues, takes care of recruitment of permanent and flexible staff and legal issues.
Required
The ideal candidate has a MSc or equivalent in HR and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management role within a SMEs company. Has excellent computer skills (MS windows, Excel) and good written and spoken communication skills (near native English and Dutch). Has experience within (international) payroll and general knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation and benefits, organisation planning, recruitment and employee development.
