On behalf of a prominent international player in the chemical industry, pzSearch is URGENTLY looking for an interim HR Manager/Change Manager.
Job description 
The HR manager manages the implementation of a new global compensation system. Develops a trusting and effective relationship with Unions and Works Councils in the Netherlands. He or she reorganizes the HR Department in the Netherlands, to ensure a new streamlined organization and harmonizes policies and processes across the Netherlands. Ensures effective project management around change programs for the Netherlands. The HR manager supports the HR Business Partners in implementing strategic reorganizations within the different business units.
The HR manager we are looking for, has a Masters degree and 10-15 years of experience in HR leadership roles in large global organizations. He or she is a people manager with the ability to motivate and align his or her staff. Has proven experience in change management and effective project management. Excellent knowledge of Labor Law and a multi-disciplinary knowledge of human resources technology and management. The ideal candidate is an expert in change and has experience with Unions and Work Councils in the Netherlands.
Offered is a fulltime interim job (five days a week) for a period of at least six months, within a dynamic international environment.
