On behalf of an international company, pzSearch is urgently looking for a recruiter.
The recruiter manages the end-to-end recruitment process. He or she uses proactive recruitment methods and ensures high quality candidate experience. Uses both traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The recruiter screens applicants against both current and pipeline vacancies and submits them to the Hiring Managers. Ensures a regular follow-up with managers and executes administrative duties and record keeping.
Candidates should have an academic degree and two years of allround recruitment experience within an agency or a corporate environment. He or she is an excellent organiser and has perfect oral and writing skills in both Dutch and English. The ideal candidate has IT/finance recruitment experience.
Offered is a fulltime position for, at the beginning, six months within a dynamic, international environment.
