On behalf of an international retail organization, pzSearch is URGENTLY looking for a Regional Coordinator Human Resources .
Job description 
The Regional Coordinator Human Resources is responsible for the timely and accurate HR administration for his/her region. Next to this he or she will be the main point of contact for the associates relative to policies and procedures and general conditions of employment. Gives support to the Regional Manager Human Resources in keeping abreast of local legislative changes/issues to ensure compliance, developing and implementing policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree and minimum 2-3 years HR experience within a similar company. Fluency in (spoken and written) English and Dutch and ideally (but not essential) a good knowledge of written and spoken French. He or she has a good knowledge of HR practices and employment laws governing the workplace in the Netherlands. Analyzes issues and utilizes information to make decisions, deals with ambiguity. Plans for results: prioritizes, sets goals, plans and organizes.He or she handles challenges, shows flexibility and has a focus on the customer. Is a teamplayer.
Offered is a fulltime permanent position (5 days) within a dynamic, international environment. Gross year salary max. 40.000 euro.
