Job description 
He or she leads the delivery of the HR Shared Services portfolio for the Netherlands based staff of 4,000 employees across eleven Business Units in six locations throughout the Netherlands. This is a key role, engaging as a true HR Partner and HR operations leader across all businesses and locations throughout the Netherlands. The HR Manager delivers strategic HR leadership, consulting and management of operational support services and ensures that HR initiatives support key business drivers and deliver significant competitive advantage to the business. He or she manages and develops the HR Shared Services team within the Netherlands and is involved in country-wide HR issues as a knowledgeable resource and thought leader. The HR Manager establishes HR Shared Services as a strategic partner. He or she manages Payroll, Benefits Administration, Data Administration, Global Mobility, Learning & Development and Employee Relations, Compensation & benefits. Works together closely with business leadership teams to practice excellent people management through development, engagement and performance management. Manages the business operation of the country’s HR Shared Services (HRSSC) including the budgeting process, pricing (charge back) system, and service level agreement process. Candidates should have 10+ years business/HR Management experience. A degree in a HR related subject (or equivalent professional qualifications) is required.
Required 
The ideal candidate has strong industrial relations experience and has demonstrated leadership within a complex or multinational environment. Proven success in developing and implementing strategies. He or she possesses strong influencing and persuasion skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Proven business partnering skills with strong business acumen. He or she is a thought leader and problem solver. Is able to assess and deliver innovative and customer oriented HR solutions.
