On behalf of an international ICT company, we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Recruiter for 3 days per week.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will take a lead role in further professionalising and implementing the recruitment process. You will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting in the company, including candidate experience, social media and our new referral programme. Our client is in the midst of professionalising their employer branding and you will play a key role in ensuring its ongoing effectiveness in collaboration with the Communications Team. You will manage and execute the full recruitment cycle for 20-25 vacancies per year: from intake with the hiring manager to preparing the labour contract and everything in between.
You have a minimum of five years’ experience in international recruitment in (preferably) the IT industry. Having both in-house/corporate and agency experience would be a huge benefit. You have a good understanding of job markets and industry trends and a wide range of experience and expertise on current external recruiting policies, practices and trends. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships. You are pro-active and able to influence key internal stakeholders. Excellent English & Dutch communication skills.
Offered is a parttime job (3 days per week) in a modern, flexible and informal work environment with an emphasis on a healthy work/life balance. An annual salary between EUR 42,600 and 61,300 EUR (before tax) based on a 37,5 work week. This includes the standard 8% annual “holiday pay” and a 5% end-of-year bonus.
