On behalf of an international logistic company pzSearch is looking for an European Recuiter.
Job description 
The recruiter (part of the Talent Acquisition team) manages the complete recruiting process for sales, account Management and operational positions within Europe. He or she sources candidates through multiple channels, administers assessment tests, conducts phone interviews to identify qualified candidates. Uses creative methods to develop sources for candidates using multiple tools. Consults and trains hiring managers on hiring process. Builds relationships to strengthen the partnership between the branch network and recruiting. The recruiter develops and manages creative marketing efforts at campuses within specified region.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree and fluency in German and English (additional European languages are an asset). He or she has +2 years’ experience in hiring customer service/sales profiles. Is a team player, comfortable in working within decentralized, multi-site organization. Has strong interpersonal, influencing and listening skills and verbal, written and presentation/communication skills.
