The Hr client manager acts as a business partner and provides HR support to two locations in the areas of business leadership, talent leadership, change leadership and culture stewardship. He or she manages and delivers HR services to the business units and supports the implementation of the strategic goals of the business unit on location level. He or she supports the coordination and development of people plans and works with business managers to work out industrial relations. The Hr client manager supports identification, assessment, calibration, development, placement and deployment of talent. Coaches individuals and teams and builds strong capabilities in the local management teams and ensures HR services are aligned with culture, compliant with country policies and regulations.
Candidates should have a Bachelor degree in human sciences and five years of hands-on experience in HR. Preferably experience within an international environment and broad based skills across the complete HR technical portfolio. The HR Manager we are looking for, must have a proven ability to lead projects and to support the development and implementation of HR strategy. The ideal candidate combines excellent communication, and teamwork skills with a delivery focus and proactive style. Project management skills are required, as well asEnglish language fluency. He or she has working knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
