On behalf of a prominent international player in the food industry, pzSearch is URGENTLY looking for an HR manager.
Job description
The HR manager manages and delivers HR services to the location and supports the implementation of the strategic goals of the business unit on location level. Ensures optimal information flow and seamless execution and coordination of all HR processes at the location. He or she manages the industrial relations at the location, including maintaining collective labor agreements, representation in negotiations and work councils. The HR manager is the key contact for all employees (100 fte) and managers at the location for questions regarding collective labor agreements, HR policies and practices. Leads or actively participates in projects and initiatives and ensures efficient local HR administration.
Required
Candidates should have a University degree in human sciences or related experience and five years of hands-on experience in HR. He or she has working knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations and experience in the development of HR policies. Project management and change management skills are required, as well as English language fluency. The ideal candidate has experience in working for a multinational, manufacturing company. The location is hard to reach by public transport, so he or she should be in possession of a car.

Offered is a job as a solo HR manager on temp basis for a period of five to six months, as a replacement for the current HR manager’s pregnancy leave.
