On behalf of a large international company pzSearch is looking for an HR Officer.
Job description 
The HR officer provides professional and accurate HR related information and administrative support to the HR department, area management and staff. Establishes processes and tools resulting in excellent service and high customer satisfaction. He or she provides input and ideas to improve processes of the HR administration department. The HR officer executes all employee related administration. Prepares and controls the coordination of the company benefits and liaisons with third parties. He or she provides (administrative) support and assists in HR related projects. The HR officer provides basic services to clients, resolves routine issues and questions without referral.
Candidates should have an HBO level education and at least five years of experience within an HR/ payroll department. Experience in working in a changing and complex environment. Good understanding of local labour law and perfect English and Dutch language skills.The HR officer we are looking for, has basic understanding of service level agreement, business plans and business performance and is able to communicate best HR practices. The ideal candidate is an experienced user of MS Word, Excel and People Soft, possesses well developed interpersonal skills and is an excellent administrator and organiser. He or she is flexible, independent and able to work with remote reporting lines. Excellent in customer service.
