On behalf of an international retail company pzSearch is looking for a manager Training & Development.
Job description
The MTD designs, delivers and evaluates training activities for employees across Europe, aiming at developing the company’s leadership capability and its associates’ competencies.Performance management, Leadership, Time management, team building and presentation skills. The MTD identifies the business needs, designs and delivers collective and individual programs. He or she produces training materials (e-learning, video or paper based) and organises training venues and logistics as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery. Manages the annual training budget and manages the training centre.
Required
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in Business, Education, Learning or related field and a minimum of 7 years experience in a similar function, preferably with focus in facilitating training programs and workshops. He or she has experience in designing and evaluating training programs and large scale programs in multiple associate groups in an international environment. Fluency in both spoken and written English and ability to engage business leaders in development initiatives. Background in retail or FMCG is preferred.
