HR Manager

This broad role requires the conceptual vision on how employees develop and where what competences are needed against the pragmatic work of the day-to-day business. The Manager Human Resources has the ability to work with office based technical specialists and offshore installation crew. The HR Manager is responsible for forecasting and planning, recruitment, coordinating HR Administration based on employee self service, employee development and sub-contracting. Develops, recommends and implements consistently compliant and efficient resource management policies and practices. He or she gives advice and supports management in personnel related matters and is responsible for the coordination of travelling and mandatory training of offshore crew. The HR Manager will have a focus on the allocation and sourcing of required resources, resulting in a successful engagement into a project in an efficient, resourceful and professional manner. The position has an international exposure as our assigner has an office in Cyprus and the workfield of the BOREALIS is the world.
