For the European Headquarters of a global market leader of imaging products, pzSearch is looking for a hr advisor.
Job description 
The advisor acts as business partner to line management and employees. Pro-actively advises on all HR related topics in the Netherlands and Belgium. He or she formulates HR policies and procedures and provides general HR support to line management. Executes all HR processes and procedures. The advisor recruits and selects personnel. Obtains and evaluates qualified candidates from internal and external resources for positions throughout the organization, in line with business objectives. Manages employee relations and all conditions of employment and executes activities related to employee relations. Makes sure that formal policies and procedures governing all conditions of employment are developed, monitored and ensured to be up to date. He or she executes all cash payments to employees, including lump-sum payments, incentives, insurances and retirement saving plans. The advisor ensures that all salaries are in line with market data and are evaluated. Identifies individual education, training and development needs and puts these in practice. Manages documentation and information systems, prepares, stores and keeps employee records and information up to date. He or she initiates proposals to improve the HR policies and procedures.
Required 
Candidates should have a bachelor or master’s degree in the field of Human Resources and 3-5 years relevant experience. He or she has strong computer skills: Excel, web based systems, SAP user knowledge. Is fluent in Dutch and English. Ideal candidates have excellent interpersonal and communications skills and are able to analyze problems and formulate recommended solutions in an international environment.
