On behalf of an international company, pzSearch is looking for an hr advisor (interim).
Job description 
He or she acts as a business partner, talent leader, cultural steward and change leader for the facilities in Bergen op Zoom and Sas van Gent. Helps transfer duties and outstanding items from current teams into new HR structure and to stabilize the transition. Provides management support dealing with performance of employees and acts as point of contact for industrial relations. Coaches individuals and teams and builds strong capabilities. The HR advisor manages and delivers HR services and supports managers at the 2 locations.
Candidates should have a degree in human sciences and at least seven years of hands-on experience in HR. They have working knowledge of relevant labor laws and collective labor agreements. Experience with work councils and change management is required, as well as English and Dutch language fluency. The ideal candidate has experience in working for a multinational company and has worked on different project/interim assignments before. He or she possesses well developed interpersonal skills and is an excellent administrator and organiser. The locations are hard to reach by public transport, so he or she should be in possession of a car.
Offered is a fulltime assignment (4 days) as an HR advisor on interim basis for 3-4 months starting in March.
