On behalf of an international company, pzSearch is looking for an operational HR BP/Compensation & Benefits expert (interim).
Job description
As the HR BP, you advise and support managers and employees on all HR related topics. Act as a partner to business management and provide support dealing with performance of employees and the annual appraisal process. Manage the overall people budget and facilitate expatriate process. As the Compensation & Benefits expert, you play a central role in planning, advising and developing Compensation and Benefits initiatives. Will focus mostly on benefits, the implementation of new and the revision of current packages. Ensure all benefits are current, accurate and inline with legal requirements.
Required
You have a Bachelor degree in Human Resources and at least five years experience as an interim Human Resources Advisor within an international environment. Excellent knowledge of (international) employee legislation and HR best practice in various areas. You are proactive, offer assistance even when not asked and initiate improvements. Are cultural and organisational sensitive. You have a good knowledge and understanding of different cultures and are open for new cultures. You are a good organiser and have perfect oral and writing skills in both Dutch and English.

Offered is a fulltime (4 or 5 days) interim job for a period of at least four or five months, within a dynamic international environment.
