On behalf of an international company within financial services, pzSearch is looking for an Hr manager.
Job description
The HR manager is responsible for the design & implementation of the local HR strategy plan. He or she manages the local budget, designs, and optimises the HR processes to ensure that the business is supported in managing all people issues. Provides advice to management regarding HR or related procedures. He or she manages all recruitment, personnel development and staffing issues. Leads, coaches and develops the HR team (4 persons). The Hr manager undertakes a lead role in establishing constructive Works Council/Union relationships.
Required
The ideal candidate has a master/academic level in HR, Business or Law and at least 5 years of advising experience in an international (matrix) organisation. He or she has experience in managing Work Councils
and developing negotiating plans and strategies to maximise agreements. Has 2 years experience in leading an HR team and proven ability to lead their area of expertise, focusing on results, proactively solving problems and supporting the business with solutions. The HR manager has the ability to build strong relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in both spoken and written English.
