Job description 
The HR Officer provides HR support and advice to management and employees in Belgium. Executes and advises on HR topics, policies, labour conditions and social law. Improves policy and quality of information. Coordinates the performance mananagement, initiates illness/recovery notification and supports case management. Liaises with external agencies, guides expats on procedures and keeps the Hr handbook up to date. Coordinates the HR administration and files.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree and 3-5 years of HR experience. Has experience of HR processes, policies and procedures within Belgium. Has a good knowledge of personnel administration and Belgium labor legislation. He or she has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Flemish and French. Is a self starter with strong organizing skills and high customer focus.
Offered is a fulltime permanent job within an international dynamic environment. Gross year salary 64.000 euro.
