Job description 
The International Expat Manager manages the international assignment process of the companies’ expats worldwide. He or she executes and monitors the expats policy, prepares all international expat contracts, and takes care of recharging costs. Supports annual salary review Expats, Support C&B with transition to the reward policy. Performs salary, tax en social security rate calculations. The Expat Manager maintains the HR expat database, supports in ad hoc projects. Executes (together with external tax advisors) 30% tax ruling arrangements and income tax returns and prepares payroll for the expats.
Candidates should have a University degree in fiscal law or related studies and at least four years of working experience within an accountancy/tax advisory agency. Experience in an international corporate environment is a must. The manager has excellent knowledge of all relevant expat issues, including taxes and social securities. He or she has working knowledge of International Taxation and International Payroll. Has a thorough knowledge of MS Office Applications. He or she is a professional, proactive, accurate team player with a strong personality and the confidence to say no if necessary. Fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
Offered is an international and dynamic working environment, bruto year salary 70.000 euro plus a 15% bonus.
