The recruiter plays an instrumental role in attracting and sourcing passive and active executive candidates. He or she will pro actively reach and source candidates whose competencies are presented as relevant to their short and long term recruitment needs. Manages the European candidate networks and builds up a very strong relationship with all of them. The recruiter demonstrates a natural ease in using new CRM tools and recruitment systems. Is very creative in finding new sourcing solutions and has an attractive communication approach ensuring strong response rates from prospect candidates.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree and 3 to 5 years of agency recruitment experience or in-house international candidate sourcing experience. Has perfect communication skills in English, written and oral; other EU languages are strong assets. Natural passion for relationship building. Is a good listener, a teamplayer and an excellent ambassador of the company. The candidate knows how to re-prioritize, is self-critical and has good spirits and humor.
