On behalf of a large international company pzSearch is looking for a reward specialist for a project of one year.
The reward specialist is the primary contact for all compensation and benefits related questions from managers and staff in the Netherlands. Acts as the bridge between pay policy and process, including the resolution of second and third level queries. The reward specialist coordinates communications to staff in the Netherlands relating to benefits. Engages benefit suppliers and manages the ongoing of these contracts. He or she analyses the results springing from the processes and identifies inconsistencies in comparison to the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA). Ensures adequate and in-time conversion of existing reward, remunerations and insurance arrangements as a result of the new CLA. He or she participates in the coordination and execution of reward benchmarks for the Netherlands. Manages the impact on benefits as a result of changes in the Dutch tax law.
Candidates should have an HBO level knowledge of Human Resources. Know all about benefits/reward, social developments and tax legislation regarding the full spectrum of employment conditions and compensation and benefits in the Netherlands. Good command of Dutch and English, both in speech and in writing. The reward specialist we are looking for, quickly understands the current pay approach and the implications of any changes. Is able to negotiate and discuss issues and problems with clients and other parties involved. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and can advise on solutions and obtain acceptance for these solutions. He or she works well independently and under pressure and is able to work flexible and willing to work internationally.
