The analyst will be part of the Comp & Ben Team covering the European region. Plays a central role in planning, advising and developing Compensation and Benefit initiatives for the Europe HR Management and C&B teams. He or she will focus mostly on benefits, the implementation of new and the revision of current packages. Will support compensation aspects as and when required. Undertakes market research, provides recommendations and coordinates the implementation of new or improved competitive benefits offered in the region for new and existing countries. The analyst ensures all benefits are current, accurate and inline with legal requirements. Assists with special projects as required, ie. new country implementation, regional roll-out of Global Benefits program.
Succesfull candidates have a thorough understanding of benefits legislation and compliance issues across European countries, as well as evaluating existing benefit plans. They have experience in researching and implementing benefits across several European countries. Experienced in working with survey providers for both benefits and compensation. The ideal candidate is autonomously and a teamworker with good analytical and influencing skills. Is a good organiser and has perfect oral and writing skills in English.
Offered is a fulltime and permanent position (starting with one year contract) within a dynamic, international environment. Gross year salary 60.000 euro (ex.bonus).
