He or she supports the on boarding process of new employees for the opening of new branches in Germany. Consults with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate and partners with legal department as needed. The Hr Business partner provides day to day performance management guidance to line management. Coaches leadership on people management skills and responsibilities, challenges them and acts as their sounding board. Participates in cross-functional HR Project teams.
The Hr Business Partner has a master degree in HR and is a native German speaker and also fluent in English (near native). Has 3-5 years of relevant experience and has excellent knowledge of HR in Germany. The ideal candidate is an Hr innovator with high communication skills, persuasive and capable of build relationships. Manages conflicting priorities.
