The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing professional HR support to all employees and managers. He or she is the primary point of contact for HR-related questions and issues from managers and employees, providing day-to-day information and support as well as regular reporting to the HR Director. Manages and administrates HR processes; recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development, HR information systems, performance management and induction programs for new hires. Coordinates the salary administration process and benefit programs and is responsible for the implementation of several HR projects (compliance training, ADP HR system, Employee Handbook). The HR Coordinator collects, monitors and records information and reports on absence due to illness. Supports expats and foreigners with possible relocation, application of 30% ruling, application work & residence permit, visa as well as other related questions; plans appointments, travel arrangements, process cost expenses. Set up meetings both virtual and physical.
The HR Coordinator has a HR HBO/Bachelor diploma, at least 6 years of relevant working experience within a (smaller) international organization, in a similar role. Without this background you are kindly asked not to apply. Some experience with international employment and mobility is a clear advantage. Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English required. He or she has experience with HR systems and has perfect knowledge of of the Dutch employment regulations. The ideal candidate is a self starter, pro-active and an independent worker. Has excellent organizational and communication skills combined with a high drive for result.
Offered is a permanent fulltime job (starting with a 6 months contract) within an international profesional environment. Gross yearsalary 42.000 euro.
