On behalf of an international financial organisation pzSearch is looking for a Payroll Administrator (part time).
Job description 
He or she is responsible for the payroll of the Netherlands, United Kingdom and Belgium (120 FTE). Prepares, documents and disburses payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments. Evaluates current systems and recommends and develops operating efficiency improvements. The payroll administrator monitors and ensures proper documentation of employee benefits payments (including insurances). Prepares reports illustrating expenditures, including such items as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements (reports for Finance).
Required 
The ideal candidate has an HBO degree, preferably in Business Administration, and experience in a payroll environment. Has a good knowledge of salary, taxation and social security rules and employee legislation of the countries involved. Has demonstrated administrative experience, with MS Office, SAP and ADP Perman in particular. Perfect Dutch and English skills (verbal and written). The ideal candidate has a proactive attitude, offering assistance even when not asked and initiating improvements. Is accurate, able to plan and organize own activities.
