Job description
As HRM officer, you provide professional and accurate HR related information and administrative support to colleagues, candidates and clients. You improve HR policy where needed and implement it in such a way that the company remains well known for dedicated HR quality standards. You are the warm heart of the organization and guards the image of high employee and client satisfaction.
Required
Candidates should have an HBO level education and five years of experience within an HR department. Experience in working in a changing environment. Good understanding of local labour law and perfect English and Dutch language skills. The ideal candidate is an experienced user of Excel and AFAS, possesses well developed interpersonal skills and is an excellent administrator and organiser. He or she is flexible, independent and good at prioritizing of work activities and meeting necessary deadlines. Excellent in customer service.
